As a supervisor, a person should be more productive than his subordinates.

It is said that the speed of the boss is the speed of his subordinates and the leader of the team should lead by example. If the supervisor wants to motivate his team to achieve a higher goal and be more efficient than his team he should be more efficient and set an example for his subordinates to follow. If the supervisor himself his lethargic and inefficient he cannot expect a better result form his employees.

For efficient goal management, achieving timely results and motivating employees the supervisor should be more productive than his subordinates.
