What is lacking in South Africa organizations in terms of interpersonal leadership?

South African organizations are lacking in human capital and there is an urgent need to develop more leaders with new leadership styles.  Human capital comprises the skills, knowledge, experiences, and developed talents that individuals apply to solve problems and enhance their quality of life. Human capital can be increased by equipping people with skills and abilities or by trusting them with organizational and leadership responsibilities so that they can function more productively.
