Small area estimation is done to have a better understanding of the geographical area and the inequalities. Mainly used to indicate micro level poverty. These help to formulate SAE methods for a conceptual framework for decreasing poverty and increasing better living conditions. SAE model is used to compute mean household eqauilised income and head count ratio for labour. There are many methods. Major objective is to provide statistical summary for government to plan for immediate remedy to over come. Reducing poverty and income inequality are primary indicators of economic development used by SAE model. This helps to proper guidance on the geographical areas to be taken care of to reduce income inequality.
