In that period whatever police write in their chargesheet that could be assumed as evidence of prosecution. On that basis hearing of cases trial in trial court. Trial court give their decision on that evidence which already has been filed in court. And appellate court only change order if trial court make any mistake on on that case. Appellate court not consider further new evidence
