Out of the four options to achieve sustainability, the best option seems to be -
Owning more forests, i.e. the suggestion that IKEA should lease more land under forest area and manage the forests by having direct control
Reason -  

• IKEA would have direct wood availability and can control prices
• IKEA would save production costs, which would lead to an increased marginal revenue
• Standards of wood quality could be maintained by IKEA
• This is an option with a long - term sustainability vision
