What recommendations would you make to Gary Kelly and Southwest executives as the company heads towards the end of 2016 and on into 2017?

The management should continue with the free baggage policy as this provides them the competitive advantage over other competitors. They should also focus on customer service and addressing the customer complaints as soon as possible.
Due to increased fuel prices, there is a pressure on the management to increase the fares but I would suggest the management rather than increasing the fares, the airline should focus on increasing r adding new destination and thus increasing the revenue .
The company should focus and stick to Kelley’s for key success factors which are:-
Hire great people
Care for customers like guests
Be ready for the bad times
Keeping the fares and operating cost to minimum
