Trying to sell window screens to UK. This window screens will provide home owners with protection from unwanted bugs, birds, leaves and other stuff.

Do you think we will have a intellectual property right issues? How should we plan on protecting those rights? and How much will that cost?

Need advice! Help me here! (No copy and paste please. I wanna know your own opinion.)

If you sell window screen after purchasing from a authorised firm then I don't think that any intellectual property rights will be infringed. There will be no issues but you must take care that you don't claim the idea of window screen to be yours.

In today's market these window screens are easily available and many shops are selling them, the thing is that you have not invented this idea.

To protect this right you must check on the original works done before. Proper analysis is required. You can take help of websites like Wikipedia, friends to find out and get a proper idea of what do before doing anything in haste
