Answer - The procedure of the foreign trade whether it is export or import involves many formalities which needs much documentation. It is very important and a very beneficial fact if the exporter has a history in foreign trade . This will help the importer in order to do a deal of confidence , if all the formalities are duely complied with, the procedure will not take much time. Also an experienced importer knows each step and performs the work very efficienctly which minimises the possibility of loss.
