The reason for above numbers is because of higher density of white Americans in metropolitan areas and higher number of office headquarters as well as startups presence.
Secondly the unemployment rate is much lower because of higher immigration from Indians and Chinese students as well as more number of Universities in metro areas.
Thirdly Black American havebeen facing lower median households income and hence lesser opportunities for higher school education and hence unemployment is higher for Black Americans.
