Answer-It is important to action follow -up or resolve complaints because it is importent to properly manage the complaints in organisation or in institutes , a proper resolution of complaints also leads to identify the the root causes,here Root causes means the main source by which complaints are registering.If there is any complain by any member of the organisation ,community ,society then it should take seriouly and should form a complaint committee to resolve the problem .Complaint committee should be in action after register of complain ,they should follow up with both the parties (who is complaining and against whom complainig),should listen all the prospect from both parties then they should decide their decision .as we know that an early resolution of complaints leads to the end of root causes the situation.
