The coronavirus has affected almost every small and big countries in the world. The countries are facing serious economic trouble due to this pandemic. The coronavirus outbreak has compelled a complete or partial lockdown in almost all the countries around the globe. The work scenario has also been changed before and after the coronavirus spread. The companies are majorly focussing on work from home so that the employees can stay at home and remain safe and they can also contribute to the organization. Majorly, the IT companies can do their jobs with work from home but, the manufacturing companies are facing a lot of trouble as the lockdown has shattered their work routine. Now, the organizations are working on rotational basis so that social distancing can be maintained. This has hampered the productivity of the businesses and due to this, a high rise in level of unemployment is seen in almost all the countries f the world. Due to the lockdown situation, the two sectors which are badly affected is the tourism and aviation. These sectors are facing a lot of trouble. The schools and universities are also not able to run and online classes are arranged for the students so that they can study.

Now, talking about Oman is also not untouched by the coronavirus outbreak. The Omani government has decided to replace the outsider employees with the native Omani people so that they can get the job and they can contribute to the development of their country. Due to the economic crisis, the Omani government has called the private organizations to give permanent leave to outsiders. This will lead to generating employment for the natives but the outside people will lose their jobs. The private institutions are also addressed by the government to cut down the number of employees permanently due to the coronavirus spread. Also, many small firms are moving toward bankruptcy, and they are not able to run their business anymore. The risk is that the Omani nationals have to be made competent enough to perform all the jobs themselves and the positive side is that they will get those jobs that are performed by the outsiders in the country. The money will rotate in the country which was earlier going in other countries and this will make the country's economy strong.
