Despite the competition and deep pockets of giants like Mcdonalds, Al Tazaj is giving a good fight to the QSR chain by its innovative menu which is well suited to the middle eastern tastes. The AL Tazaj will have to innovate it menu and content of spices to match the US and European taste which are more for low spice in food. Further, the Latin American and Asian markets might be more suitable for its product line and the cultural tastes. Mcdonalds being a giant is already well ingressed into the countries worldwide but both have a good potential for growth they can target a different segment and come to logger's heads only in some cases.
