Answer #1

During the global collapse of oil prices all the US oil companies became bankrupt and at that time the oil field in Permian basin helped the world. Permian basin which is in Texas is the second largest productive oil field in the world. Due to innovative technology and aggressive investment the oil field was able to produce the quantity of oil which made it the second largest in the world.

They were able to explore the oil and produce it but they don't know how to get that oil to world market, so they took help of US which made US as the major exporter of oil in first time in its history.
