Jackson although desired a democratic government, however the method of his ruling threatened the balance of power in the federal government. Critics of Andrew Jackson believed that during his presidency between 1828 and 1836, among the three branches of government, he ignored the separation of powers regarding Indian policy. As according to them Jackson always used his poor background as a stand that stated the common man of America can also become president
