1.Continuous improvement is an ongoing process, product or service.continuous improvement like a improvement in regular process.these improvement can seek incremental improvement over time.

2.Staff must have efficiency of their work ,they must be flexible enough for doing work , knowledge,smart enough to understand the tricky situations.hence staff must have efficiency.

3.Supervisior also have efficiency in his work.he must have commond over staff .he should give proper guidance to staff.he must be decision maker.
