It is related to inter national trade.Firms or organizations tries to catch their market in the international level for the distribution of their products.For that they might be paying higher taxes to the respective authorities.Example.Europian countries tries to catch the Indian market because their product may sell out more in India.So they might be willing to pay high taxes.

Competing in the market

Here firms ,producers and organizations competing with similar products in the same market.Example.Samsung mobile phones competing with Apple i Phone in the indian market.Here the producers catch the market by adding additional features or reducing price or other strategies.
