The words of professor Kandiyo Kanga is correct in a sense that objective and techniques used are same for both public relations and propaganda.Public relation and propaganda are effective tools.Both seek to influence public perception.So public relations and propaganda have the same purpose.Propaganda attempt to shape public perception in order to generate desired response.Public relation is an effort from the part of organisation to maintain goodwill.Likewise,there is little or no difference between public relation and propaganda.
