Following are the remedies available for unfair dismissal:
1. Re-instatement: It includes an order for the employer to provide the employee their old job back and recover the loss from the date of dismissal to the date of reinstatement.
2. Re-engagement: It includes the order for employer to provide the employee a job related to their old job and to provide amount for loss of earnings from the date of dismissal to the date of re- engagement.
3.Compensation: It includes an order including the compensatory award and the basic award. It also includes an award of additional compensation.
