I personally believe that this is very subjective phrase. If you ask a person who is on a death bed then he will have a strong desire to live. The near to death men will not speak lies because he is about to meet God as per the religious beliefs. That desire is quoted in that hoarding. It must be taken positively. But yet it depends on the person to person and as per their understanding.

This is a very strong and valuable statement. I do not think that this statement will cause any bad behavior.
