There are various reasons for different strategies in both the organisations like purpose,funding,staff,diversity of audience,leadership,organisational culture and taxation etc.For-profit Organisation’s purpose is to make profit where as other’s purpose is to provide welfare.for profit organisation tend to fund through bank loan, investor etc whereas other organisation tend to fund through donations, grants etc. organisational culture is different because of different motives. For profit organisation keep paid staff whereas staff is voluntary in case of not for profit organisations. Not for profit organisation gets tax exemption benefits but for profit organisation do mot enjoy such benefits.
