Answer) Following are the personality attributes that are influential in negotiation and resolving disputes

  1. Openness-A lot of disputes and negotiatons fail owing to non openness to compromise or in other words a personality trait which is very influential is willingness to listen.
  2. Agreeableness-Ability to accept facts or reasonable arguments is another influential personality attribute in such situations.
  3. Perception-How one percieve things in negotiation such as will they go with data and data modelling or with gut feeling is another crucial influencer.
  4. Solution oriented personality-A major influencer is mindset to silve problem and achieve breakthrough rather than dragging issue,this influencer is one of the most critical.
