Coordination of work and family life: There is inevitable to maintain the coordination between work and family. Parental leave increase the self sufficiency of children and the wife become more efficient.
Reduction in gender gap: There is a reduction in gender gap. Without any preference to gender both father and mother can leave the home.  
Reduction in fertility
Cons of Parental leave system:
Psychological factors: The leasing of father from house negatively affects the children. The children who are closely related to father affect badly.
Family budget plan shatter.
Due to the parental leave system, the participation of women in the labour market. It will reduce the gender gap. It enhances the level of education, occupation and working hours. These improve the condition of women in the market. This parental law implemented in 2000.
