Both the Hispanics and the African Americans who live in Los Angeles have together made good development progress in the California state by their hard work. The source of tension between them is brought by the increasing murder cases in the city. In recent years,African Americans have been frequently murdered due to increase of anti black racists.This has made the African Americans to try and retaliate because they are blamed for being so aggressive on such matters.(Hernandez, 2007)
