programs :  It means that a plan or activiities which has been accompanished by various work and profile in a systematic and logical manner. It helps in an accomplaishment of goals and values in systematic manner.

Project : A project is an activities that has been accomplished to achive routine work in logical and systematic manner. WIse decision should be made so that work should be completed in logical and systematic manner.
