The first amendment of US constitution prevents the authority to make laws regulate establishment of religious. This amendment guaranteed the freedom of religion, expression, assembly and the right to petition. Congress makes no laws respecting establishment of religion and also prohibit the free exercise over there. The establishment of the religion through granting financial assistance to Church related institutions, encouragement by the government relating religion in the schools, access of the religious groups over public property, regulation over religious solicitation etc. The first amendment is subject to continue the interpretation and make dispute over year. This amendment also guarantees the freedom of speech also.
