Answer #1

An "assertive persuasion" social influence style reflects the opinion with force or confidence; put their ideas affirmatively and strongly; uses the power of opinion, facts, and ideas; maintaining the position without becoming aggressive; and emphasis the logical argument as opposed to an emotional appeal. The "assertive persuasion" is skill often referred to in communication and social skills training. It allows the employee to express feelings, thoughts, and beliefs in honest, direct, and appropriate approach. This sort of behaviour helps employees able to get their view across others without upsetting them, or becoming upset; thus helps in removing the job stress as assertive skills helps to express personal rights without denial of the rights of others.
