Explain what is "Unbundling Business Model" and give an example of that business model!

Unbundling business model is nothing but a model where the company actually retains its only core business and also divide other businesses into various entities on the whole and even sell them when they are not performing where the goal of unbundling business model is always to create a business that is better performing than all other businesses in the competition. Famous example of unbundling business model is Maerki Bauman organisation where it actually retain its core business and divided and sold of the other businesses so that it always wants to stand top in the industry in which ever it is competing
