The wage inequality is growing due to many reasons where the first reason should be the growing technology which is making the things a lot simpler as a result of which people are paid high who are skilled enough to handle this technology and the jobs forunskilled people are very less so that the wage rate is also less for them and this is the main reason why inequality is growing among wages. Also the varying education level among people is also one of the main reason why the inequality in wages is increasing. One of the most contributing factor for the wage inequality is migration where the locals will be paid very high and the immigrants will be paid low in the case of developed countries like United States and this is also one of the reason why wage inequality is increasing overtime
