Brain Drain is a phenomena where most qualified and capable workforce of the country are leaving the home country and settling to foreign countries where they can find better opportunity. It happens with the nations which are developing and not have much opportunity but they are developing fast like India and China.

It adversely affect the growth potential and labor quality of these countries because after brain drain these countries do not have the adequate work force to get their job done it takes away the innovation and technology output which they could have done, and it makes the growth difficult.
