Why do you think there is not a national reporting mechanism on police use of deadly force?
Answer - The use of the deadly force of police as per the defined law has been allowed on considerable grounds such as the threat of life to public , threat of life to police force , threat of the prisoner getting escaped. Whenever the force is used by the public , it is considered for the benefit of the mankind , or protecting the escape of prisoners and other reasons that could later be justified by the police department. This is the reason why there is no national reporting mechanism on police force.
