Employees in todays workplace face stiff challenges in maintaining work life balance and generally dekand fixed paid vacation leaves to rejuvenate themselves with their family counterparts. Many corporates have designed offer structure which gives minimum leave structure and hence this raises stress levels and decrease workplaces productivity and hence employees ask for more paid time off.

Monday holidays caused huge problems as in major countries if Asia Monday is the highest traded and overworked day. More over due to time differences Mojday in one nation can be Sunday in other which thus causes double leaves and affects working schedules.

Holidays provisions can be optimized by offering work from home solutions and offering fixed one week leave policy for all employees in year which must be managed in way that it does not overlap with others.
