The excavation business utilizes dynamite which explodes as a result of the burning business building, causing part of the roof to fall on and injure a passing motorist, Fred E. Creek. Can Fred E. Creek recover damages from Wesley Tower? Why or why not?

Ordinary damages are deemed to be those damages which arise naturally. To recover damages from Wesley Tower, he must prove that the chain of event occurred due to the carelessness or Wesley Tower
