what have been the effects on the quality of public health care due to a relative fall in spending on the NHS? Examples, please

NhS is most loved and admired institutions .It's main role is to set the priorities and direction of the NHS and to improve health and cares outcomes for people.

If the fall in spending on the NHS continue the quality of survices will declined for example it will greatly affect to those cares which are costly and needed more fund like rehabilitative care, mental health services and learning disability services.

Treatment is being rationed and that quality of care in some services is being diluted.
