Answer: This act was introduced on 11th June,1946 for improvement in judicial body by establishing fair administrative policies. This act also ensures that public authorities will be taking fair decisions with suitable laws framed by state and federal bodies of government.

Under this Act we will be taking Section 6 that is related to ancillary matters in which if person is related to any agency then it have right to be present in court and can submit report or documents related to evidence and will be compensating for cost incurred to make documents available and in current senerio also this section plays vital role in making administrative operations run in smooth manner. This section also helps to submit evidence by person on behalf of agency as person can be important part of agency .
