NASA’s space research became the bedrock of the future internet development program. Around the same time, US Pentagon also developed ARPANET to exchange confidential messages. These developments became the motivation after which the remaining part was to upscale these platforms, and push them deeper into society.
Space research made possible the development of electronic communications, satellites and other signal controlling mechanisms. This encouraged the development of internet. Later various ARPANET sorts of designs came up. Later all these networks were merged to follow a single communications protocol called TCP/IP and thus internet was born, known as a network of networks.
