Answer--FAA regulators is likey to have better information about consumer safety and the strongest incentive to safely provide air travel services that satisfy consumers, because all the safety measures and guidelines are set by the FAA regulators ,in which all the precautions ,risk types, risk measurments are stated .Airlines need to follow FAA regulators guidelines.Flying in Air force one or a regularly scheduled flight both are safe and secure because both are regulated by the rules and guidelines of FAA regulators ,both type of airlines need no objection certificates before take off,all the safety measures taken before the start of the flight ,due to a little snag ,regulators can cancelled the flight take off.
