The structural unemployment occurs in the economy when there is a mismatch between the skills the workers have and the skills that the employer wants. So if there is significant investment in the human capital, the people gain more knowledge and skills that the employers need, and there by we can reduce the unemployment rate and the economy will prosper as more and more people gets job. So investment in human capital is an important thing to reduce the structural unemployment and there by increasing the economic growth of the nation.
