Cognitive Dissonance is a mental discomfort, tension that comes when a person holds two conflicting thoughts at the same time. It is a psychological term that describes the discomfort that occurs when an individual's behavior does not correspond to that individual's attitudes. it makes us less happy because it is a situation where a person is totally in a condition of distress and cannot take decisions or attributes on the same time.

The Daily Reconstruction Method (DRM) acknowledge how individuals spend their time and how they experience the different activities and settings of their lives, combining features of time-budgetting measurement and experience samplins. It makes us happy as it acquires the knowledge of different people and their lifestyles at a particular time which makes it a unique one
