The foundation of critic for limiting the number of years of benefits is that each person and or family faces different set of challenges as well as unusual problems, so one time period for everyone is not an idea that will create welfare for the people or affected families. Further, removing the safety cover of benefits will create chaos in the society and people can turn up toward the undercover economy and it will not be good for the society and economy at large. So, reforms should take place, but fixing a time limit is not the right answer.
