For instance, hot dogs at picnic apples on a tree and seashells on a beach are all all taken away by someone then the other will not benefit buy it but consider of fireworks display and if 1 is benefiting from the given the other can access it and might get to benefit from it or not.

Therefore (b) a fireworks display is the answer for this question.
