Demographic dividend is growth potential characterised by shifts in population age structure such that share of working age population is greater than share of non working age population.

In China we do see workforce of 900 million out of 1300 million which means 400 million is of nonnworking age.

Out of 900 million working age population, 700 million are employed which is high labor force participating rates across globe.
