Positive effects:

-- The markets were widened due to the increased population and globalisation, thus increased making money.

-- Farmers and Landowners became richer

-- Improvement in the quality of crops, food and livestock due to the introduction of new advanced farming techniques

-- Population increased dramatically

--There was urbanization because high numbers of people were forced to move to the cities

-- Average life span increased due to better life

-- More food was available in short period because of the new farming techniques

Negative effects:

-- Machines replaced workers and lead to unemployment

--The income gap increased between the peasants, farmers and the land owners

-- Crime rate increased because pay for the workers was low especially for the casual labour

-- The food nutrition decreased due to the imports and exports

-- Increased the issues on human health and diseases spread easily

Agricultural Revolution brought a drastic change in human society. It was the major cause of shift of workers to urban environments. The shift from a nomadic lifestyle to urbanisation; and the city-based civilizations impacted the human societies to a large aspect. It made human life much simpler and comfortable to live
