Poverty is an argument that tells about the fact that why values of the people indeed get to play a significant role in making their condition better or worse where the get to sustain poverty over generations and generations. This is indeed considered as one such source where it gets to explain why anti poverty programs are efficient or not efficient. It is indeed problematic because of the fact that if it could explain the values that are heading them in a negative direction no anti-poverty programs would help them and this good certainly this could distort the economy and also increase the poverty levels
