Ilham Kasturi Trading (IKT) is one of the oil and gas companies that is located in the vicinity of Gebeng Industrial Area in Kuantan, Pahang. IKT was established since year 2005. Due to high demand in the current industry, IKT is having a shortage of manpower in the production line. Currently the company are looking for the qualified candidates for job vacancies. As the Human Resource Manager, Aidan has decided to conduct a recruitment and selection process to hire potential candidates with the right skills, attitudes and knowledge that fit for the vacancies.
