For the country of Russia, s diversity correlated with inequality? Is gender inequality significant?

Diversity in Russia has been growing manifold with multiple levels of incomes and rise in population of females. Moreover employers too look for women and men of different age and experience and look to comply Russian laws and regulations.

After Bolshevik regulations, incomes Inequality nosedived as top 1 percent of population constituted only 4 percent of national income as government imposed heavy taxes on investment and incomes and surcharges and cesses to bring down income inequality. These taxes were on all ages amd experience and gender groups despite of diversity to bring uniformity in nation on level playing field.

Thus income inequality is amongst lowest and negatively corrlated with diversity. Gender inequality thus is insignificant as employers too comply to EEOC laws.
