One of the main advantage of the pollution limit or the way that is described in the text is that it actually gets to demotivate the organisation to commit to the pollution on the whole where it can actually be mentioned that with the negative externalities of pollution in play the cost of company for production will actually reduce and this reduction enables an organisation to find more eco friendly ways to tackle the pollution externality which is indeed desired by the government.
