option - (B) there is no cyclical unemployment. Full employment can be called as a situation where there is no cyclical unemployment. When cyclical unemployment is at its lowest or if there is no cyclical unemployment in the economy, all the labor force is being used properly.

option - (C) everybody who wants a job has one. When every one who wants a job gets one then there will be zero unemployment is the economy because every one has a job in the country.
