The senior management team for Tesla practiced excellent microeconomic policies and this is because of the fact that they tried to continuously innovate and product differentiate where the understood that the more the amount of product differentiation more would be the ability to profit and the profitability can increase and this is one micro economic policy that can help a lot. With product differentiation the practiced price discrimination as well as the profits are reinvested continuously in innovation so that the productivity increased as well as the innovation level increased on the full which is also an important micro economic policy of reinvesting. That is the reason why Tesla was so different from that of other automobile companies
