Answer- International management means management of business operations of an Organization that conduct its business operations in more than one country. It requires special knowledge and skills above and beyond the normal business such as familiarity with local customs , laws and business regulations in which it operates it's business.culturel and capability to carry out transactions that involve multiple currencies.

Cross culture means a business environment where two or more different cultures interact , briging different values, business practices and viewpoint.
