Haitian Revolution between 1791 - 1804 was against the French people who were perpetrating atrocities and exploiting slaves. Slaves got themselves organised and raised their voices against the French Army and got independence.

Haiti became second country to got independence after America. It sent strong and profound message to other countries who were facing atrocities at the hand of Europeans. It was inspired by the French revolution that called for freedom and equality.
